For instant bookings, the professional is dispatched immediately after payment. Cancellations after dispatch are not eligible for a refund.

👷Professional No-Show Policy

If your assigned servly Professional fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time:

✅ You are eligible for a 100% full refund — or choose priority rescheduling at no extra cost.
  • Grace period: 15 minutes past scheduled start time
  • Mark professional as "not arrived" in the app after 15 minutes
  • Support team contacts you within 30 minutes
  • Refund processed within 5–7 business days, or instantly as servly Credits

Service Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with service quality, raise a complaint within 24 hours of service completion. Upon review, servly may offer:

  • A free re-service by the same or different professional
  • Partial refund (20%–80% depending on the issue)
  • servly Credits for future bookings
  • Full refund in cases of major service failure
